The House Rules Committee advanced the amendment by Thomas Massie to strip $3.3 billion in funding for the IDF from the NSRP (H.R. 8595), teeing it up for a floor vote. That vote was expected this past week but was delayed after House Republican leadership sent members home amid internal disputes, the vote is now expected after the July Fourth recess.
