MARUF CT is a dynamic grassroots organization founded in 2024, born out of the steadfast efforts of the CT Phone Bank for Palestine. This movement was launched by concerned Connecticut residents who, since December 2023, have made over 25,000 calls to U.S. Senators and Representatives demanding an immediate ceasefire in Palestine. Together with phone banks across the country, we’ve helped drive over 1 million calls nationwide—a bold show of collective action and moral clarity.
MARUF CT builds on this momentum to become an influential statewide force that educates and mobilizes Connecticut’s Muslim communities and their allies. We are committed to raising awareness, shaping public policy, and advancing the cause of human rights and democracy through unity, advocacy, and grassroots power.
